Here's some models by Eric Sainte, the same who did the red wine maid article in this issue.

A Kapitan-Leutnant der Kriegsmarine, U-Booten, Lorient, 1942.

120mm Verlinden figure.

A Me262 B1a/U1 Nightfighter built from the Revell 1/72 kit.

Academy's 1/72 Hawker Hurricane Mk.II.

A German soldier with his dog in 1/72. Made for the Me262 diorama above.

Verlinden's 54mm US Navy Top Gun Pilot figure.

Tamiya's 1/16 Tiger tank, radioguided, superdetailed, with winter camouflage, No. 222 of the 511st Schwere Panzer Ableitung, 1st Panzer SS Leibstandarte Adolf Hitler. The commander of the tank was Oberscharführer Kurt Sowa. This Tiger was destroyed by US M-10 in the Ardennes offensive in the 1944 winter, exactly at the entry of the Ambleve bridge in Stavelot.

This is a photo of my first F4U-1 Corsair. It is the SMER 1/72 kit with Aeromaster decals and scratchbuilt wing folds. The aircraft depicted is from VF17 and is the mount of F.J. Streig, Piwa Field, Bougainville, in 1944.

The following three models are all done by Will Riepl.

This is the Minicraft 1/48 Skyrocket. Rather than finish it like the prototype, I did mine up as if it actually went into service. I used Model Master paints throughout, although the silver is Alclad. The markings are from VF-6 off of the USS Enterprise. I scrounged through the decal box and came across an OLD decal for the VF-6 emblem. Thought what the heck and gave it a try, and it worked without any problems!

This is the Revell Monogram 1/48 Bf110G-4, built out of the box.

Hasegawa's 1/48 Bf109E, done pretty much out of the box. Painted with Aeromaster paints.
