Airfix 1999 RCHTA Report

The majority of the news from Airfix this year is re-release. They are planning to re-release a number of kits that havebeen off their shelf for many years. One re-release that is most welcome is their 1/24 Harrier kit, though they are re-tooling portions of this kit to provide a Harrier GR.3 version. Now this is big news (sorry, bad pun).

The bad news is that Airfix confirms that the molds for the SA-2 Guideline missile kit are indeed lost. Don't look for a re-release of this kit unless someone else finds the molds stashed in a distant basement somewhere
