Testors/Italeri 1999 RCHTA Report

Testors has jumped into the die-cast kit world in a very big way. While other folks are producing completed die-cast cars, Testors has been working on die-cast kits, giving die-cast enthusiasts the best of both worlds. What is even more interesting, they are now moving into the die cast kit aircraft world, where no one else has gone before. If you'll take a close look at the F-4B picture, it is actually a die-cast kit that comes pre-decorated. And by the way, that F-4B is 1/48, which equates to quite a heavy model in die cast metal! Also in their new lineup are new Weirdos kits. This new line represents some of the characters that are appearing in an animated series that is airing on television.
