Australian Plastic Modellers Association 3/00

By Bob Pearson

Arriving too late for last month's IM was the latest release of the APMA journal. A handy reference for modellers who are looking for something a bit different, the articles are usually accompanied by cross-hatched profiles and sketches which provide new possibilites for that new kit you have just purchased or for some of the older ones in the "stash".

A look at issue 3/2000 shows:

  • An article on Pfalz Parasols

  • Profiles of Merlin engined Seafires with an accompanying article on the subject

  • A rather large article on the Fairey Firefly complete with profiles and photos

  • Luftwaffe Machine guns with sketches in 1/12 scale... great for all superdetailers

  • Romanian FW190

This magazine is a quarterly publication and is available for $30 AUD ($15 USD) a year. For information on how to obtain issues of the magazine, visit their website or contact them at:
