Draw Decal's 1/144 MD-80 Windows
For the Minicraft Kit

Minicraft's 1/144 MD-80 kit is a very welcome addition to the airliner world and this decal sheet is the very first aftermarket sheet to come out.  Draw Decal sets are printed on an Alps printer and as such need to be trimmed as closely as possible since they are printed on decal paper.  The quality of the decals are superb and in addition to windows and outlines there are several other markings that are not included in the Minicraft kit.  These last items are what makes this sheet well worth it, as it provides vents on the rear of the fuselage, as well as the very prominent APU exhaust port on the right side.  Other details included are the static ports on the forward fuselage and overwing exits, as well as two each of all the door outlines.

With the great quality of the Minicraft MD-80 we're bound to see plenty of aftermarket decal sheets.  But for those who want to get a jump on things, it's possible to adapt existing markings to the MD-80 and with this sheet you won't have to worry about piecing together windows.

My thanks to Draw Decal for the review sample. Check out their website for lots of great airliner decals.
