APMA 4/99
Journal of the
Australian Plastic Modellers
Association

P.O Box 51
Strathfield NSW 2135
Australia

By Bob Pearson

The latest issue of the APMA has arrived and the new editorial team of Lorna and Shane Jenkins have begun to make their interests apparent – Lorna is a devotee of WW1 aviation, while Shane delves into matters naval. Both are covered in this issue, as well as armour and more recent aviation. One interesting feature is a series of illustrations of the CAC Winjeel by the current owner of one.

As in the past all articles are heavy on cross-hatched illustrations showing various marking options for those unbuilt kits lying about. A look at the contents in this issue shows the followng articles included:

- OzMods HMAS Voyager
- Soviet Hurricanes
- WG Barker and Sopwith Camel B6313
- CAC Winjeel
- Amphibious Sherman tanks
- Churchill ARK - bridging tank
- Gloster Javelin XH897
- Tropical Lancaster
- USS John S McCain
