Editorial

By Michael Benolkin

As you probably noticed last month, Internet Modeler has begun coverage of the Model Railroad side of the hobby. This month, we've expanded that coverage and as we expand our staff in the coming months, you'll be seeing the same depth and breadth of coverage that we've featured for the plastic modeling community these last few years.

We encourage you, the first time visitor and regular reader alike, to take a look at some of the articles in areas that are not normally in your area of interest. Aircraft builders, for instance, can learn some new weathering techniques from the armor features as well as diorama scenery techniques from the model railroaders. Likewise, the model railroader can learn some new scratchbuilding, detailing and weathering techniques from the plastic modelers. We all can learn how to apply better paint from the scale automotive gurus!

As always, we welcome your comments and suggestions. Please drop us a line and say 'hello'. And for those of you who are new to Internet Modeler, welcome!
