Afterburner Decals 1/48 Strike Eagle Gunfighters

Another new decal sheet that Afterburner Decals has sent us images of is 48-031, STRIKE EAGLE GUNFIGHTERS. This review is based solely on the images sent to us for review as the sheets were not available at the time of this review. These are F-15E Strike Eagle flagships from the 366th FW at Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. Here what is contained on the sheet.

F-15E 90-0227 366th FW CO aircraft 2008

F-15E 90-0245 12th AF CO aircraft 200. This aircraft features the stars and insignia of LT General Norman Seip on the vertical tails, with the stars on the inside tails, and the insignia on the outer tails.

F-15E 90-0249 366th OG jet, Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan 2007. This aircraft also features a large scoreboard on the left front fuselage.

F-15E 87-0210 366th WG CO aircraft 2003. This aircraft features the "Let's Roll" decal on the left front fuselage.

In addition, there are sufficient stencils on this sheet to complete 2 individual models.

This decal sheet comes in a sealed poly bag, and was printed in Italy by Cartograf to their usual standards. It is not available for ordering and immediate shipping from Afterburner Decals at their website.
