The biggest problem with the Trumpeter 1/72 T-54/55 series of tanks is the somewhat small stature of its turret. Plus, it has to be assembled by adding a bottom plate to the top of the turret. The Armory turret eliminates all that. It's a direct replacement for the Trumpeter kit (as well as the Ace and PST) so once it's painted, and you add a barrel, all you have to do is place it on the top of the tank and you're done.
This T-54 Mod.1951/T-54A turret is extremely well molded and shows some real finesse of the resin. There appears to be no clean up needed so the T-54 replacement turret is the easiest add.
