AIRframe Decals 1/48 Coastal Command WWII Part 2 |

AIRframe has released this set of decals that cover various aircraft flown by the UK's Coastal Command during World War 2. The following aircraft are covered:
- Shorts Sunderland Mk.III, finished mainly in white with the very top of the upper surfaces finished in Extra Dark Sea Gray
- Avro Anson Mk.I, finished in Dark Green and Dark Earth with aluminum underneath
- Lockheed Hudson Mk.I, finished in Dark Green and Dark Earth over Night undersurfaces
- de Havilland Mosquito FB.Mk.VI finish in Extra Dark Sea Gray on top with Sky on the bottom, and red spinners
- Handley-Page Halifax Met.Mk.III, Dark Green, Dark Earth and Night under surfaces
- Handley-Page Halifax Met.Mk.V Series IA, Dark Slate Gray and Extra Dark Sea Gray on top, white on the bottom
- Armstrong Whitworth Whitley Mk.VII, WL U, Dark Green, Dark Earth and Night underneath
- Armstrong Whitworth Whitley Mk.VII, WL P, Dark Green, Dark Earth and Night underneath
Decals are to AIRframe's usual high standards and I can find no registration problems on the sheet. Instruction booklet not only contains color profiles (all sides) for each aircraft, but there are also two sections of photographs, some in color. All in all an excellent release from AIRframe, and if you're looking for alternative markings for any of the above aircraft, then this is the decal sheet you need.
