In addition to the usual news of the SIG, new products and current air racing this issue features three Build Reports; one on the Kora 1:72 Folkerts SK-3 racer by Tim Nelson and Broplan's 1:72 Savoia Marchetti S.75 built in two versions by Marino de Bartoli. Anders Bruun gives us a good history of the Messerschmitt Me 209 V-1 through V-4 program and 5-view drawing of the V-2 version, D-IWAH. This article filled a large gap in my knowledge of this program. Anders also gives us a thorough in-the-box review of the Karaya 1:48 Shorts Crusader, radial engined Schneider racer accompanied by a good reference list and a superb 3+ view drawing by H. C. Kavellar. I'm going to buy one based on his review.
All things considered this is a typically informative and entertaining issue of Bent Throttles up to Anders' usual high quality standards.
