This book on the de Havilland Sea Vixen is the first in the series of Flight Line Walk Around books.
The book gives a bit of the history of the aircraft from the time in went into service in 1958. Mr. Sutherland gives an in depth photographic study of the British Naval All Weather Jet Fighter. There are 115 pages including many full color detailed photos. It is laid out as a walkaround format covering each section of the aircraft.
Parts of the TO of the cockpit interior and the observer cockpit interiors are clearly illustrated in the color pictures and diagrams.
This book will be a must have if you plan on getting the new Airfix 1/48 scale Sea Vixen kit. The information included here will be invaluable when detailing your model authentically.
This is a very good first book and I'm looking forward to seeing many more books in this Flight Line series.
