Begemot 1/72 Sukhoi Su-35S Decals
By Matt Bittner
The Sukhoi Su-35 was the next development step of the original Su-27 Flanker. This "Super Flanker" has thrust vectoring, limited supercruise (supersonic flight without afterburners) and other enhancements. The first Su-35S was delivered in May 2011 and the rest of the production batch will be received this year, 2015.
Begemot has released a set of 1/72 decals to create the most up-to-date, operational Su-35S. So far Hasegewa is the only company that has released a 1/72 Su-35S so these decals should work on it. Not only do the instructions show profiles for 13 schemes but they also provide other aircraft numbers to create other operational machines. In addition to the markings the set comes with stencil decals for one Super Flanker along with stencils for both ordnance and weapon pylons.
So, if you're looking to finish your Hasegawa 1/72 Su-35S in anything other than the box scheme you'll definitely want to pick up this set.
I definitely thank Begemot for sending this set to review.
