PaulusVictor 1/144 Decals
By Matt Bittner
PaulusVictor hasn't been around very long. They have a unique way of creating decal subjects and it's one to be admired. They provide just a few subjects per release - usually two - but they include a lot of information for those subjects as well as detailed notes on how to build the models. In addition, they also include a "free sticker" with their releases, and those are noted in each description below.

Overall the decals are very nicely printed and apper to be in register. As I already mentioned, the instructions themselves are works of art. PaulusVictor not only provides photos of the airframe in question, but also notes on what that aircraft had and if it differed from a "standard production" aircraft. There are also notes on how to finish the model; for example, in Skyrian Sky PaulusVictor points out that the MiG-23MF in question, had the "Early type vertical stabilizer with longer base". It's these types of details that truly set this manufacturer apart from others.
They don't list any specific paint references, instead relying on the modeler to match paints to their color descriptions and in the case of the U.S. birds, FS call-outs.
While most of their decals are thankully currently in 1/144, they also have a Syrian Sky set in 1/72 and 1/48. These are decals you definitely want in your collection.
