This release is laid out exactly like their first release on D-Day and those comments also apply. The History section is not meant to be inclusive, instead just outlining important parts of the day. And like the first release it's the model builds that really make the book shine. Even if you don't build in all the scales represented those articles can still provide motivation. For example, the cockpit in the 1/32 Spitfire Mk.IIa is so well done it can be considered a reference when you build an early Spitfire in whichever scale you build.
I definitely recommend this book, especially if you're a modeler. If you wanted a true history of the Battle of Britain you definitely would go elsewhere. But if you're looking for an overall picture and excellently built models to back up that timeframe, then you definitely would want this book.
I definitely thank Valiant Wings Publishing for sending this book to review.
