This latest title from Wings & Wheel Publications is somewhat timely considering that the new Tamiya Me 262 kit comes with a Kettenkrad.  Like other titles in this series you get a fairly complete photo walk around of restored examples, as well as a bit of historical overview.

The book covers two variants of the Kettenkrad, labeled early and later.  The early example is camouflaged in a striped scheme, while the later example is overall tan.  Careful study of the photos will show the differences between the two, allowing you to detail your model accordingly.  For those who want to go all out, the level of detail provided in the close-up photos is excellent and you could spend quite a bit of time adding all sorts of fiddly bits.

If you’ve recently picked up the Tamiya Me 262, or perhaps have the Academy 1/72 vehicle set or even a 1/35 kit, you’ll want to check this title out as a one-stop reference.
