Keeping Up with Internet Modeler

By Chris Banyai-Riepl

As we continue the transition to a feed-based article distribution, there have been some questions that have arisen on how to find the new content. The RSS Feed remains the simplest and best way to do so, and there are so many methods to subscribe to that feed. Internet Modeler has its feed duplicated at Feedburner, for those who utilize that tool for feed organization. For those who are part of the social networking site Facebook, you can now become a fan of Internet Modeler there as well. By becoming a fan of Internet Modeler, you can then follow the latest Internet Modeler articles right in your Facebook News Feed.

We will be updating the layout of the main Table of Contents page as well. For starters, it will be moving to the main startup page of Internet Modeler. This will allow for direct browsing of the content, rather than having to click on a link to get into the site. We are also looking at a more effective method of delineating the new articles in the Table of Contents. The easiest method will likely be to add a date tag to each article, but we are also looking into separating the articles into daily or weekly categories.

This is a big transition for us, and our goal is to both be more timely with our reviews and make our content more accessible to our readers, so please bear with us as we work through the inevitable bugs and keep sending suggestions as to how we can continue to improve Internet Modeler.
