Retrokit "Breaking Bananaas!!" Figure

By Jacob Russell

The creators of Despicable Me and Despicable Me 2 are behind the Minions TV series. The Minions are small, yellow, cylindrical creatures with 1 or 2 eyes. They are described as "Impulsive creatures with little self control, but with a wide-eyed wonder and odd innocence that endears them to viewers and makes them relatable." So, there you go.

Retrokit's "Breaking Bananaaas!" resin kit is based on Walter White's Breaking Bad character. It's a simple, 2 piece resin kit consisting of the main figure and a separate right arm holding a banana. The figure is tiny (2" x .75" or 5.08 x 1.9304cm) and very well detailed. This the perfect canvas to practice your figure painting skills.

This is a neat little resin model. I peronally find Minions more annoying than cute or endearing, but I won't let that stop my enjoyment of building this kit. I recommend this kit and I would like to thank Retrokit for the review sample.
