Brengun 1/72 Fly Caproni Ca.100 Aftermarket

By Matt Bittner

Overview

Fly has released five different boxing of the Caproni Ca.100, some with different engines and landing gear options (wheeled versus float) and all with different markings. It's a very nice model of the aircraft and well worth picking up.

The Aftermarket

There are 11 pieces of resin in this set along with a photoetch fret that contains 32 pieces. The resin includes replacement seats; a complete engine with separate intake stubs and exhaust; and the air filter for under the fuselage. The photoetch includes replacement instrument panels with a clear-foil that represents the instruments; various cockpit side-wall detail; replacement rudder pedals; replacement throttle controls; seat belts; pilot steps and radiator pipes; and replacement prop hub and control surface rigging "horns".

All-in-all this is a very nice set to update your Fly 1/72 Caproni Ca.100 kit

My thanks to Brengun for sending this set to review.
