Eduard 1/48 Yak-9D Accessories

Zvezda recently introduced a 1/48th scale Yakovlev Yak-9 kit and Eduard has wasted no time producing some aftermarket detail bits for it. Let's take a look at them:
EX890 Yak-9D TFace
These masks are for the inside and outside of the windscreen and canopy. The masks are made from the customary rice paper tape.

FE1300 Yak-9D ZOOM
The Zoom PE consists of 33 parts, some of them pre-painted. Upgrades includes an instrument panel, rudder pedal straps, wing mounted fuel tank gauges, windshield mirror, new sidewall consoles, etc.

648805 Yak-9D exhaust stacks PRINT
This is a set of 3D printed resin exhaust stacks. They are well detailed and they look great, too.

The simple 6 piece set includes a set of PE seatbelts, a pre-painted resin instrument panel and 2 more resin detail parts for that panel.

Zvezda's new Yak-9D is accurate and highly detailed right from the box. Eduard has several new aftermarket parts for it that will increase the model's accuracy where it counts. I recommend these items and I would like to thank Eduard for the review samples.
