Eduard 1/72 Hasegawa/H2K B-26B/C Marauder Zoon Photoetch

By Matt Bittner

Overview

It's a good thing when Hobby 200 started re-releasing molds that have been out of production for some time. They usually included not only the plastic, but also newly-produced decals made by Cartograf and vinyl masks. One of the more recent re-releases was the Hasegawa 1/72 B-26 B/C Maruader.

The Photoetch

The Eduard 1/72 B-26B/C Zoom Photoetch set consists of approximately 56 pieces of brass. The entire set is for the interior.

There are belts for all seats; detail to add to the cockpit sidwalls; pre-colored instrument panels to place over the sanded kit pieces; lots of tiny detail to add to the center console between the pilot and the navigator; and finally additional detail to add to the rear bulkhead, separating the cockpit from the rest of the aircraft. Plenty of detail to spruce-up the interior of your B-26 build.

I definitely thank Eduard for supplying the set to review.
