Eduard 1/72 Arma Hobby Wildcat Aftermarket

By Matt Bittner

Overview

More has been released by Eduard for the Arma Hobby series of Wildcats. Earlier they released photoetched sets and a mask set for the kits, but now we look at three of the newest releases.

The Parts

Eduard has released these three 3D printed replacement sets for the Arma Hobby 1/72 Wildcats:

672298 - FM-2 Exhaust requires a little bit of kit surgery (removing the molded-in exhaust stubs) and then this just slips over the engine firewall with the hollowed ends in their correct positions Eduard 672298
672299 - F4F Wheels late comes with masks but not a replacement tail wheel Eduard 672299
672299 - F4F Wheels late w/rims comes with masks but not a replacement tail wheel Eduard 672300

These are nicely molded replacements for the Arma Hobby 1/72 Wildcats, the exhausts will definitely look good on a completed FM-2.

I definitely thank Eduard for supplying these sets to review.
